I order from this place all the time. The pizza is usually good and delivery is quick (though there have been some serious faults similar to this story). But today, it was absolutely miserable. I submitted my order at 4:46pm, with a projected delivery time of 5:16pm. I got a "pizza in the oven" update at 4:54pm. At 5:52pm, I called the store and was told they "didn't have a driver." They offered to DoorDash it to me, but I don't know why it took more than an hour after the order *and* a phone call from me to make that happen. I got a notification that my order was "on the way" at 6:09pm. At 6:15pm, I got an update from Doordash that they had been dispatched. The order was picked up at 6:24pm and delivered at 6:39pm. That's 1hr53m after I ordered it, 1hr45m after it was "in the oven," and 47 minutes after I called in to the restaurant, which is less than 2 miles from my house. The pizza was room temperature when it arrived. I prefer pizza that gets delivered over pizza that doesn't.

I travel for a living and every time I'm near a Marco's, I order from them. I've had good ones and bad ones. This Marco's is looking and tasting A LOT better! Honestly, a few months ago, you never knew what you were going to get. It would either be totes amazeballs, or it would look like the oven blew up on your pizza. You never knew if you'd get an overload on toppings or barely get anything. Now, it's the same every time I order, and I LOVE that! The New Yorker is my favorite with a little Hot Honey on it! Too bad it's leaving! 😭 I really hope that they keep it up!

They must be doing something different bc my pizzas are looking better and tasting better! LOVE the New Yorker!

Only reason they get three stars on service and atmosphere is because I didn’t go into the restaurant to see those things, pizza arrived cold and stale. Didn’t really have any general flavor but if you took a piece of their napkins and Taste em it’s pretty similar. I also orders wings, should have just made the Tyson ones in the fridge.

I saw all the negative reviews but wanted to give it a chance. Failure. I ordered delivery, projected arrival 5:53pm. At 5:30pm got the notification it was baking. At 6:37pm I called to check on it and it's a good thing I did. I was told I had to wait for the 7pm driver to show up, take a refund, or come get it myself. I opted to pick it up myself because I didn't want cold food. I went inside and spoke with all the workers present. They were just as frustrated as me and cited terrible management. Apparently the delivery drivers just don't show up to work. The manager took the day off for her daughters birthday, fine, but make sure your establishment can function!!! I cant even get a pizza delivered on a saturday night!!! Almost $100 for three medium pizzas and some wings with this kind of service!?!? I couldn't even get the delivery fees waived so they just told me id get three free pizzas next time. Dear owner, fire your manager and delivery drivers. Reopen when you have a a capable functioning establishment. Ill be back to get my three free pizzas, but after that never again. Your wings were better than dominos so you almost have a good thing here if you dont continue to run it
